First, a detailed RFQ from you. this RFQ need to include product 2D drawing, 3D drawing or samples,mold life, injection system(cold runner or hot runner,if hot runner what kind of brand would you like), No. of cavity,texture information.

Second, you confirm our price and offer us a order.

Third, we design and make mold:
a, confirm with you again for the drawing, if they are the latest one and without any change;
b, you offer us 2D drawing with tolerance, shrinkage rate, injection machine data, and mold technology data if have;
c, we make DFM to discuss with you, where is the injection gate, where will have shrinkage, which place need to be improved, etc. then before mold making, both you and us will have a idea what the product will be look like;
d, we design the mold based on DFM and send the mold drawing to confirm with you;
e, mold drawing confirmed, we order mold steel and begin to make the mold;
f, we will let you know our production status by offer you a weekly report with pictures;
g,mold is ready, we will have trial injection and invite you to see the trial injection result, If you cannot visit us, we will make some pictures to let you know how the products looks like, if the product size surface can meet the drawing requirement and we also send the samples for you to confirm.
h, samples confirmed, we will ship the mold together with mold drawing for you;
i, we follow the trial injection status in your company. If quality is OK, please continue to support us. Let's get win-win for more projects.

At last, we will offer 1 year quality assurance for the mold components, if there are mold components cannot run well or broken, we will offer free mold component to replace and delivery is free.
